Internship Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in Health/Exercise related field
- Knowledge of internal and external body structures
- Experience working one-on-one as a personal trainer
- Desire and passion to help those living with a disability
- Be able to lift 50-100 lbs
What To Expect
- Adaptive Exercise certificate after completion of volunteer/internship experience
- In-depth experience working side-by-side with Specialists
- Hands-on experience working with state-of-the-art equipment

Additional Information
- This is an unpaid internship program.
- The state of Colorado requires all interns to be covered by worker’s compensation insurance. This must be provided by the University and cannot be provided by NeuAbility. Contact your University advisor for more information about meeting this requirement.
