Hanah Munger
Adaptive Exercise Specialist
Hanah is a Colorado native who grew up just down the road from NeuAbility in Thornton. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion from Colorado State University. During her final semester, she interned at NeuAbility, quickly found her professional home, and now serves as an adaptive exercise specialist, stretching specialist, and program supervisor. Before joining NeuAbility full-time, Hanah worked for over two years in a physical therapy clinic and gained experience with hippotherapy services through the Temple Grandin Equine Center.
These experiences strengthened her passion for helping individuals with paralysis build strength, independence, and confidence through adaptive fitness. In addition to her work at NeuAbility, Hanah owns and operates a horse boarding business and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. She truly values community and strives to create an environment where every client feels supported, challenged, and right at home.
